Our turning department includes Mazak SQT and Nexus machines, enabling us to produce a wide range of cylindrical and rotational parts. Live tooling enables milled features, cross-drilling, and secondary operations without additional setups. We program using Fusion 360 and FeatureCAM, which support efficient toolpaths and consistent quality.
This capability supports prototype machining, short-run production and larger batch requirements with consistent accuracy.
We machine carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminium, nickel alloys, brass and engineering plastics. Our experience across high-pressure, high-strength and corrosion-resistant applications enables us to meet specifications for a wide range of industries.
All turning work is fully supported by in-process inspection and final verification to ensure compliance with drawings and customer requirements.
