QCD Precision Ltd invites tenders from machine tool suppliers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of CNC equipment as part of a funded capital investment project.
Equipment Required
Lot 1 – CNC Lathe
- 200mm chuck
- Minimum Z travel: 650mm
- Minimum bar capacity through spindle: 63.5mm
Lot 2 – CNC Vertical Machining Centre
- X: 2,000mm | Y: 800mm | Z: 700mm
- SK taper preferred (to suit existing tooling)
Suppliers may tender for one or both lots.
Tender Submission Requirements
Submissions must include:
- Machine make, model, and specification
- Total cost (supply, delivery, installation, commissioning)
- Lead time
- Warranty, service, and training details
- All quotes valid until 31/03/26
All prices to be in GBP (ex VAT).
Evaluation Criteria
Tenders will be assessed on:
- Compliance with specification
- Overall value for money
- Lead time
- After-sales support
